1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Postlark ("Service"), operated by MintC Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Postlark is a blog publishing platform. The Service provides tools to publish, host, and manage blog content via API, MCP server, and web dashboard. Postlark does not generate content. You are solely responsible for content you publish through the Service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
One person or entity may not maintain more accounts than permitted by their plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Publish illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
Distribute malware, phishing, or spam
Engage in SEO manipulation through mass low-quality content
Circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions
Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you publish through the Service.
You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You may export your content at any time via API or dashboard.
We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle (our Merchant of Record).
All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes (handled by Paddle).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any content published by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
